Monthly services
To cancel monthly services, give us written notice (email or WhatsApp) at least 30 days before your next billing date, and we won't bill you for any later month. Fees already billed are non-refundable once that month's work has started.
Website projects
The advance paid to start a website project is non-refundable once design work has begun. Later milestones are billed only when delivered.
AI video ads
Each video includes one round of changes. Payments for delivered videos are non-refundable.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and is governed by their policies. We cannot refund it.
Billing errors
If we have charged you incorrectly, we will correct the invoice and refund or credit the difference, including GST, within 14 working days.
