Who we are
MapMyClinic is a brand of MBAFrog Web Services, a proprietorship firm registered under GST and MSME, at 1st Floor, Azad Store Building, Corner Mirdhan Street, Bara Bazaar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh 243003. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through mapmyclinic.com and in the course of our work.
What we collect
When you fill in a form or message us, we collect your name, clinic name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, city, specialty and anything you choose to tell us. When you become a client, we also keep billing details such as your GST number and address. Our website may collect basic usage data, such as pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.
How our forms work
Our audit forms don't store your details on our website. They open WhatsApp with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. Messages on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare your audit, reply to your enquiry, provide the services you sign up for, send invoices and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, WhatsApp and analytics providers, and only as much as they need. Some of these providers may store data outside India. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last conversation, and client billing records for at least 8 years, as GST and income-tax law require.
Security
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it and use reputable providers with standard security measures. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw your consent at any time; and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to. Write to hello@mapmyclinic.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can then complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children
Our services are for healthcare professionals and businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Patient data
We do not need patients' health records to run your marketing, and we ask clients not to share them. For patient contact details, such as numbers used for review requests or reminders, the clinic decides how they are used and we act only on its instructions. Clinics should have patients' consent for these messages; WhatsApp already requires opt-in, and under the DPDP Rules, 2025, the main consent and notice duties apply from May 2027. We recommend collecting consent now.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
