What we see

Why most clinic websites don't bring patients.

When we open a doctor's website, it usually looks fine. It was built quickly and cheaply, often by a new freelancer, and nobody checked what happens behind the design. These are the problems we find most often.

No technical SEO

No sitemap, no Search Console, pages that Google can't read properly. The site exists, but search engines barely know it's there.

No schema markup

Google and AI assistants can't tell that this is a clinic, who the doctor is or what the timings are. Structured data fixes that, and it's missing on almost every clinic site we check.

Slow on a phone

Heavy sliders, uncompressed photos and too many plugins. Most patients open your site on mobile data, and many leave before it loads.

One page for every treatment

Root canal, implants, braces and cleaning all squeezed into one “Services” page. Patients search for each treatment separately, and a single page can't rank for all of them.

Nothing about the doctor

No qualifications, registration number, experience or photo. Patients choosing a doctor want to know who they'll meet.

Hard to reach

A phone number inside an image, no WhatsApp button, no booking link. Most patients would rather chat on WhatsApp than fill a form, and every extra step loses one who was ready to book.

Domain in the freelancer's name

The freelancer who built the site registered the domain in their own name. When they stop answering, the doctor can't even change the timings on their own website.

Stock photos and no credentials

Photos of foreign doctors from free image sites, and no registration number anywhere. Patients notice, and so does Google.

A form nobody reads

Enquiries go to an email address nobody checks, and missed calls never get a call back. The website works; the follow-up doesn't.

Think of it as your second clinic

Your rent pays for location. Your website is your location online.

Many doctors pay ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 a month in rent for a clinic on a good road, because location brings patients. Online, your Google listing and your website are that location. Yet the same clinic often won't spend ₹10,000 on its website, and ends up with one that nobody finds.

A proper clinic website costs less than one month's rent, and it works every day for years. When a website with WhatsApp and booking buttons is added on top of a fixed Google profile, the difference shows. A small clinic that gets two to four patients a day can move to six to eight fairly quickly. An established clinic grows more slowly, and a clear change usually takes around six months.

What's included

What every clinic website we build comes with.

These aren't add-ons. The technical parts most freelancers skip are built into every site from the start.

  • Mobile-first design

Built for the phone first, because that's where most patients will see it.

  • Built for speed

Compressed images, clean code and no heavy page builders, aiming to pass Google's Core Web Vitals on mobile.

  • Doctor profile page

Qualifications, registration number, experience, languages and a real photo.

  • A page for each treatment

What it is, who it's for, what to expect and common questions, so each one can rank on its own.

  • Schema markup

Structured data for your clinic, doctors, FAQs and breadcrumbs, so Google and AI assistants understand the site.

  • Technical SEO

Sitemap, clean URLs, HTTPS, Search Console set-up and correct indexing from launch day.

  • On-page SEO

Titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and image alt text written for how patients search.

  • Call, WhatsApp and directions buttons

One tap to call or message the clinic, on every page.

  • Linked to your Google profile

The same name, address and phone as your Google listing, plus a map and your review link.

  • Privacy and consent

A privacy policy and consent on forms, in line with India's data protection law.

Pages that matter

What a clinic website needs, and why.

PageWhat patients use it for
HomeA quick answer to: who is this doctor, what do they treat, where and when
About the doctorChecking qualifications, experience and registration before choosing
Treatment pagesUnderstanding a procedure, its recovery and cost range before booking
Contact and timingsFinding the clinic, the map, parking and today's timings
Patient questionsAnswers to what patients ask at the reception every day
ArticlesTrust and search visibility; also what AI assistants quote
Hospital websites

What changes when the website is for a hospital.

A hospital website needs everything a clinic website needs, and some more. Patients come to a hospital website with different questions. Somebody wants to know if the cardiologist is sitting today, somebody needs the emergency number at night, somebody wants to check if their insurance or Ayushman card is accepted, and somebody is just looking at room charges before an admission.

So for hospitals we add a page for each department, a profile for each doctor with OPD days and timings, a clear emergency number on every page, and pages for insurance, TPA and cashless facilities. Bigger hospitals often want online appointment booking for each doctor, and we can connect that too.

Because a hospital site has many more pages, the price is quoted after we see your list of departments and doctors. The technical SEO, schema and speed work stays the same as on every website we build.

Questions

Website questions from doctors.

How much does a website for a doctor cost in India?

Simple HTML websites start at ₹14,999, one-time. WordPress websites cost more because you can edit them yourself and they can grow with a blog and more pages; we quote them after a short brief. Domain and hosting are paid separately at actual cost. Across the market, simple clinic websites usually cost ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 and custom builds can cross ₹1 lakh.

Do you build websites for hospitals as well?

Yes. A hospital website is bigger, with department pages, doctor profiles with OPD timings, an emergency number on every page, insurance and cashless information, and sometimes online booking for each doctor. Most hospitals choose WordPress, because new doctors join and timings change often. We quote it after a short call about your departments.

I'm already on Practo and Google. Do I still need a website?

Yes. Practo and Google show a short listing that you don't control. Your website is where patients read about your qualifications and each treatment before they book, and it's what Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT read to understand what you treat. Without it, you're relying entirely on platforms that also show your competitors.

How long does it take to build a clinic website?

Usually one to three weeks from the day we receive your details, photos and treatment list. Most of the delay in any website project comes from waiting for content, so we give you a simple form and fill in the rest ourselves.

Will my website show up on Google?

Every site we build is set up for Google from day one: technical SEO, schema, speed, titles, and a submission to Google Search Console. Ranking for competitive searches in your city takes ongoing work, which is what our Website SEO service does.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you get full admin access to the website. If you ever stop working with us, the website stays yours.

Should I choose HTML or WordPress?

HTML sites are fast, secure and cheaper, and suit a doctor who rarely changes the site; we make small updates for you on request. WordPress suits a clinic that wants to add articles, doctors or treatment pages often and edit them without us. Both get the same technical SEO, schema and speed work.

Do you write the content, or do I?

We write it. You give us your qualifications, treatments and how you work, and we turn that into clear pages. You review everything before it goes live, because medical details must be checked by the doctor.

Can you redesign my old website without losing Google rankings?

Yes. We map every old page to its new address and set up redirects, so the rankings and links you already have carry over to the new site.
