A hospital on Google is usually not one listing. There is the main hospital profile, and then many doctors who also have their own profiles. Some are made by the doctor, some are made by Google on its own, and some were made years back by a staff member who has since left. When nobody looks after these, patients see timings of a doctor who left two years ago, or reviews about the billing counter sitting on a surgeon's profile.

Google's guidelines allow departments inside a hospital to have their own listing when they serve patients separately, and allow doctors who see patients there to have their own practitioner profile. So we first sort out which profiles should exist, merge or remove the duplicates, and then set each one with the right category, such as General hospital, Maternity hospital or Children's hospital for the main listing, and the exact specialist category for each doctor.

The ₹6,999 plan covers one hospital location. If several department or doctor profiles also need weekly posts and review replies, we tell you the extra cost after the audit, so there are no surprises later.
