Local marketing for doctors, clinics and hospitals

Digital marketing for dentists and dental clinics

In short: we help dental clinics show up for the searches that fill the chair, like "dentist near me", "root canal treatment cost", "toothache" and "braces near me". That means a complete Google profile with every treatment listed and real clinic photos, a review system that follows Google's rules, a website with a page for each treatment, and ads for high-value work like implants and aligners.

How patients search

Three kinds of searches bring patients to a dentist.

Some patients want any good dentist nearby. Some are pricing a treatment. Most are in pain and searching for the problem. A clinic needs to show up for all three.

Looking for a dentist

Ready to visit; distance and reviews decide.

  • dentist near me
  • best dentist near me
  • dental clinic in [city]
  • emergency dentist near me
  • kids dentist near me

Pricing a treatment

Comparing before booking; a treatment page wins these.

  • root canal treatment cost
  • braces price
  • braces dentist near me
  • dental implant cost
  • wisdom tooth removal cost
  • teeth whitening

Searching the problem

In pain or worried; the clinic that explains wins.

  • toothache
  • bleeding gums treatment
  • swollen gums treatment
  • sensitive teeth treatment
  • bad breath treatment
Searches are becoming questions

Patients now ask in full sentences.

More and more patients don't type keywords. They ask Google, ChatGPT or Gemini a full question, often in Hinglish, and expect a straight answer:

  • “Daant mein bahut dard ho raha hai, kya karun?”
  • “Root canal mein kitna kharcha aata hai?”
  • “Bacche ke daant ke liye kaunsa dentist achha hai?”
  • “Wisdom tooth nikalwana zaroori hai kya?”

AI answers are built from pages that answer these exact questions clearly. A clinic website with one page per treatment, written in plain language and answering the questions patients actually ask, is the one that gets mentioned.

What walks in

Toothache brings them in. Root canal is what most need.

In the clinics we work with, toothache is the most common reason a new patient walks in, and root canal treatment is the procedure done most often. That's where your marketing should start.

Your root canal page, your toothache content and your Google posts about pain should be the strongest things online for your clinic. Implants, braces and aligners bring more revenue per patient, so they're the right place for ads.

What we see

The mistakes we find on most dental clinic profiles.

They're almost the same from clinic to clinic, and none of them cost money to fix.

Keywords stuffed into the name

“Dr. ABC Best Dentist & Dental Clinic | Dental Implant Specialist | Best Dentist in Meerut” breaks Google's naming rules and is a common reason for suspension. The name should match your signboard.

Only one or two services listed

The profile lists “Dentist” and maybe “Root canal”. Every treatment you offer should be there, because each one can match a search.

Two to four photos, years old

No reception, no waiting area, no sterilisation. Patients choosing a dentist want to see a clean, modern clinic before they walk in.

Reviews from relatives

Batches of reviews from family and friends get flagged. When Google flags a profile, it can remove genuine reviews along with the fake ones.

“Good doctor. Nice clinic.”

Short, vague reviews don't help the next patient decide. A good review system invites detail, without telling patients what to write.

No page for each treatment

The website has one Services page and no technical SEO, so it doesn't rank for root canal, braces or implant searches.

Google Business Profile

How a dental clinic's Google profile should be set up.

Google allows one primary category and a few secondary ones. Pick the primary category that matches your practice most precisely, and add secondary ones only for services you actually provide.

Photos patients want to see

  • Clinic exterior with the signboard
  • Reception and waiting area
  • Treatment room and dental chair
  • X-ray or RVG unit
  • Sterilisation area and autoclave
  • The doctor and the team

Before-and-after photos only with the patient's written consent and within the dentists' code of ethics. Many clinics are better off without them.

Google posts and articles

What to post, week after week.

Most doctors never use Google posts. A weekly post that answers a real patient question keeps your profile active and gives patients a reason to choose you.

  • Root canal treatment: when do you actually need it?Answers the fear and the confusion in one post.
  • Wisdom tooth pain: what to do tonightPractical advice, and when to see a dentist.
  • Why do gums bleed while brushing?A common worry that brings patients in early.
  • Braces or aligners for adults?A simple comparison for patients weighing the cost.
Reviews

A review system that follows Google's rules.

Patients rarely review after the first or second visit. They review when they see the result. So timing matters more than asking often.

  1. Ask at a fixed point in careAt the final sitting of each treatment plan, such as when the crown is fitted after a root canal, for every patient who reaches it. Not after the first sitting.
  2. WhatsApp the link the same dayA short message from the clinic number with a direct link to your Google review box.
  3. Invite detail, don't dictate itSay that a few lines about their experience help other patients. Never tell them what to write; Google bans that.
  4. Reply to every reviewFresh, short and never mentioning the patient's treatment.

Reviews from relatives, friends or staff get caught. Google removed or blocked over 292 million policy-violating reviews in 2025 using its Gemini models, and when a profile is flagged, genuine reviews can disappear with the fake ones.

Follow-ups

The patients you already have.

Most dental clinics don't keep a proper patient list, so nobody reminds patients when their follow-up is due. The crown after a root canal, the six-month check-up, the next aligner stage: patients forget, and many never come back.

A simple WhatsApp reminder, sent on the day with a link to book, brings back patients you've already won. Keeping patient contact details also means your review requests and reminders come from one organised list, not a receptionist's phone.

Your website

The treatment pages every dental website needs.

Patients search for each treatment separately. One "Services" page can't rank for all of them. These are the pages we build first.

The rules

What dentists can and can't advertise.

The dentists' code of ethics (the Dental Council of India's 2014 code, which continues under the National Dental Commission set up in March 2026) allows advertising only with decorum: no claims of being the best or first, and no targeting camps in schools or old age homes. Factual information about your clinic, treatments, timings and fees, and genuine patient education, is the safe ground.

  • No “best dentist” claims in your Google name or ads.
  • No patient photos or before-and-after images without written consent.
  • No guaranteed results or “painless” promises.

General guidance, not legal advice.

Questions

Questions from dentists.

How can a dentist get more patients from Google?

Start with a complete Google Business Profile: the right primary category, every treatment listed as a service, 15 to 20 real clinic photos and a weekly post. Add a steady flow of genuine reviews, then a website with a page for each treatment. For implants, braces and aligners, add Google Ads.

What should my dental clinic's Google profile name be?

Exactly what's on your signboard. Adding words like "best dentist", "implant specialist" or your city to the name breaks Google's guidelines and can get the profile suspended.

Why are my Google reviews getting deleted?

Most often because reviews came from relatives, friends or staff, arrived in a burst, or were posted from the same device. Google's systems now catch these patterns, and a flagged profile can lose genuine reviews too. A steady flow of real patient reviews is the only lasting fix.

Which dental treatments should have their own pages?

Root canal, toothache and emergency care, implants, braces and aligners, wisdom tooth removal, gum treatment, whitening and kids dentistry. These match the searches patients actually make.

Can dentists advertise in India?

Within limits. The dentists' code of ethics allows advertising that maintains decorum and factual websites with treatments and fees, so ads should stick to factual information about the clinic, treatments, timings and fees. We avoid superlatives, before-and-after images and guaranteed results.

How much does marketing a dental clinic cost?

Google Business Profile management is ₹6,999 a month. A website starts at ₹14,999. Google Ads for implants or braces cost 20% of the ad spend as our fee. You get a plan and quote after the free audit.
