In short: MapMyClinic is a small healthcare digital marketing team based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. We help doctors, clinics and hospitals across India get found on Google Maps and Google search, and every piece of work is done by our own team, not passed on to freelancers. How we work

A small team, and real work from the first week.

We are not a big agency with fifty people and ten layers of managers. MapMyClinic is run by Tauseef Alam, who has worked in digital marketing and SEO since 2010, and Faiz, who leads SEO and has been in the field since 2014. When you join, you work directly with them, on real clinic accounts, from the first week.

This also means you will learn faster than in most places. You will see why one clinic moves into the Google Maps top three and another doesn't, how a review routine is set up at a reception desk, and what a doctor is allowed to say in an ad under India's medical advertising rules. These are skills very few marketers in India have, because very few work only in healthcare.

MapMyClinic is a brand of MBAFrog Web Services, registered under GST and MSME. Every team member gets a written offer letter and is paid on time, every month.

No months of watching others. You get your own tasks on real profiles and websites, with someone checking your work and explaining what to change.

Google Business Profile and local SEO executive

Role details

What you will do: manage Google Business Profiles for clinics and hospitals: categories, services, photos, weekly posts and review replies. Fix map pins and duplicate listings, keep Practo, Justdial and other directory listings matching, run monthly ranking grid checks, and help prepare the monthly client report.

What we look for: at least 6 months of hands-on work with Google Business Profiles or local SEO, for any type of business. Good written English, because review replies and posts go out in the client's name. Comfortable with Google Sheets. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a must.

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience.

Sales executive, clinics and doctors

Meet doctors in Bareilly and nearby towns and show them what their free audit finds.

Role details

What you will do: meet doctors and clinic owners in Bareilly and nearby towns, understand how their practice gets patients today, and show them what a free visibility audit finds on their Google profile. Follow up on enquiries from our website and WhatsApp, book audit calls, and keep every lead updated in our CRM sheet.

What we look for: at least 1 year in field or phone sales, ideally selling a service to businesses, such as digital marketing, software, insurance or medical products. Comfortable talking to doctors in Hindi and English, and patient with long decision cycles. A two-wheeler for local visits.

How we sell: no false promises, no "guaranteed top 3" and no pressure tactics. We explain what we can and can't do, and let the audit report do the convincing. If that is how you like to sell, you will fit in.

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month fixed, based on experience, plus petrol allowance for field visits and an incentive on every client who signs.

Business development manager, hospitals and clinic chains

Build long-term accounts with hospitals, clinic chains and medical associations.

Role details

What you will do: build relationships with hospitals, multi-specialty centres, clinic chains and diagnostic centres in Uttar Pradesh and other states. Meet owners and administrators, understand their departments and goals, prepare proposals with our team, and manage the deal until the account starts. You will also build partnerships with medical associations, such as local IMA and IDA chapters, for workshops on Google profiles for doctors.

What we look for: 3 or more years in B2B sales or business development, with some experience selling to hospitals or healthcare businesses, or a strong network in the healthcare sector. Able to prepare a clear proposal and present it to a hospital's management. Willing to travel within the state.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month fixed, based on experience, plus travel allowance and an incentive on every account that signs.

What you will do: write website pages for clinics and hospitals (treatment pages, doctor profiles, locality pages), blog articles that answer patients' questions, and social media captions. Every piece is researched first, written in plain language a patient can follow, and kept within medical advertising rules.

What we look for: a few published samples you wrote yourself, ideally health, education or local business topics. You should be able to explain a medical topic simply without exaggerating it. We check every sample for originality, and we don't hire writers who paste AI output.

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month for full-time, based on experience. Part-time is paid in proportion to hours.

Video editor for reels and short videos

Turn doctors' phone videos into clean reels and Shorts with captions.

What you will do: edit short videos that doctors record on their phones into clean reels and YouTube Shorts, with captions, simple graphics and a thumbnail. Make AI explainer videos with a clear AI label, and keep a consistent style for each clinic.

What we look for: a portfolio of reels or short videos you edited. Working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro or a similar tool. Good sense of timing and captions in Hindi and English.

Digital marketing intern

What you will do: learn local SEO, Google Business Profile management, review routines and reporting by working alongside the team on real accounts. You will start with research and directory listings, and move to profile work as you learn.

What we look for: a student or recent graduate, from any stream, who is curious about how Google works and willing to learn properly. Basic computer skills and clear written English. No prior experience needed.

Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month, with a certificate. Good interns are offered a full-time role.

A short, real-world task. For example, auditing a sample clinic profile, writing a short page, or for sales roles, a mock call with a doctor. For experienced roles, we pay for this task.

Meeting and offer

A final conversation with the founders, then a written offer letter with salary, hours and joining date.

We never ask applicants for any fee, deposit or payment, at any stage. If someone asks you for money in the name of MapMyClinic, it is a fraud. Please report it to us.

Questions from applicants.

Where is the MapMyClinic office?

Our office is in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Most roles work from the office. Some writing work can be done remotely, and sales roles include field visits and travel, as the role description says.

Do I need healthcare experience?

No. Experience in local SEO, writing, video or sales matters more. We teach the healthcare side, including the advertising rules doctors have to follow, once you join. For the business development role, a healthcare network is a strong plus.

Is there an incentive for sales roles?

Yes. Both sales roles have a fixed monthly salary plus an incentive on every client who signs, and a petrol or travel allowance for field work. The incentive details are shared on the call.

Do you hire freshers?

Yes, through our internship. It is paid, lasts six months, and good interns are offered a full-time role.

How long does the hiring process take?

Our team calls every applicant within a week. From the call to an offer usually takes one to two weeks, and we tell you clearly at each step where your application stands.

Is there any fee to apply or to join?

No, never. MapMyClinic does not charge applicants anything at any stage. Anyone who asks for money in our name is not from us.
