The starting point
Life Heal Clinic is a homeopathy clinic in Hadapsar, Pune, run by a BHMS doctor with more than seven years of practice. When it opened, it had no Google Business Profile, no website, no reviews and no social media, and a search for the doctor's name showed nothing that pointed patients to the new clinic.
Pune is a hard market for homeopathy. A few large chains and established clinics have spent on digital marketing for years and hold most of the city-wide rankings. A new clinic can't outspend them. It can win its own neighbourhood, and be found by patients who search the doctor's name.
What we did
Google Business Profile, from scratch
- Created and verified the profile, with the name exactly as on the signboard.
- Set Homeopath as the primary category, and listed each condition the doctor treats as a service.
- Uploaded real photos and videos of the clinic, and posted updates every week.
- Set accurate hours: Monday to Saturday, morning and evening sessions.
- Started a review routine that follows Google's rules, and replied to reviews.
Website
- A mobile-first website with pages for the conditions the clinic treats, each written around the Hadapsar locality.
- A clear About the doctor page with her BHMS qualification, university and years of practice.
- The same clinic name, address, phone and timings on every page, matching the Google profile.
- Call, WhatsApp and appointment options on every page.
Social media and the doctor's profiles
We ran the clinic's social media with educational posts, within the homoeopathy code of ethics: no cure claims and no testimonials. We also created or corrected the doctor's profiles on Practo, Justdial and LinkedIn, with the same name, qualification, address and timings everywhere, all pointing to the clinic website.
Google profile results
Views of the Google Business Profile rose from 649 in July 2026 to 1,178 in August, an increase of 529 views or 81.5%. Most of the growth came from Google Search on mobile, which doubled.
| Where patients saw the profile | July 2026 | August 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Search, mobile | 396 | 792 | +100% |
| Google Maps, mobile | 148 | 263 | +78% |
| Google Search, desktop | 75 | 104 | +39% |
| Google Maps, desktop | 30 | 19 | −37% |
| Total profile views | 649 | 1,178 | +81.5% |

Two things stand out. Mobile search made up 67% of views in August, up from 61%, so most people found the clinic on a phone, usually close by. And desktop Maps views fell, from 30 to 19. We show it because it's in the report; at these numbers it makes no practical difference.
Website rankings
The clinic's website appears on Google for 18 locality searches, the kind patients type when they want a doctor nearby for a specific problem. We track eight of them. Five are already in the top 10, and all eight are in the top 20, for a website that didn't exist a few months ago:
| Search | Position on Google |
|---|---|
| homeopathy doctor for hair fall in Hadapsar | 6 |
| female homeopathy doctor in Hadapsar | 7 |
| homeopathy doctor for psoriasis in Hadapsar | 8 |
| homeopathy doctor for acne in Hadapsar | 9 |
| homeopathy doctor for cough, cold and allergies in Hadapsar | 10 |
| homeopathy doctor for children in Hadapsar | 15 |
| homeopathy doctor for IBS in Hadapsar | 15 |
| homeopathy doctor for allergy in Hadapsar | 20 |
Organic positions checked on 28 September 2026. Rankings vary by searcher location and change over time.
The best positions are for “hair fall”, “female homeopathy doctor” and “psoriasis”; “allergy”, at 20, is the one we're working on next. Every one of these searches names Hadapsar. That's deliberate: a new clinic can't compete for “homeopathy doctor in Pune” against chains, but it can be the answer for patients in its own area.
The doctor's name and AI search
Searching the doctor's name now shows her own profiles on the first page of Google: LinkedIn, Practo, the clinic website's About page and Justdial, all with matching details.

Google's AI features have picked up the same facts. Searching “life heal clinic” produces an AI Overview with the clinic's location in Hadapsar, the doctor who runs it, its address, phone, WhatsApp, email and timings, citing the clinic's own website. The search in the screenshot below was made from Meerut, in Uttar Pradesh, more than 1,000 km away. Even there, and even though Google first guessed the search meant “life health clinic”, the AI Overview identified the right clinic.

Asked about the doctor by name, Google's AI Mode also returns her qualification (BHMS, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences), her years of practice and the clinic's contact details. This happens because the same facts appear consistently on the website, the Google profile and trusted platforms, which is what we set up.

Lessons for new clinics
- Win your locality first. All 18 ranking searches include the neighbourhood. For a new clinic, that's where the first patients come from.
- Patients search for the kind of doctor they want. “Female homeopathy doctor” and “homeopathy doctor for children” are real searches. If they describe you, say so on your profile and website.
- Build for the phone. Two-thirds of profile views came from mobile search.
- Consistency is what AI tools pick up. The same name, qualification, address and timings everywhere is why Google's AI describes the clinic correctly.
What to keep in mind
This compares two months for one clinic. A newly opened clinic starts from a small base, so percentage increases in the first months are larger than an established clinic would see. Profile views are a measure of visibility, not of patients; calls, direction requests and bookings are the next numbers to watch, and we'll add them as the months go on.
Figures are from the clinic's Google Business Profile Performance report and Google Search, on the dates shown.
